We had a breakdown with the bus,it's now the second bus breakdown in a space of a month. Intercape has really dropped it's standard. I honestly don't know if I'll ever want to use Intercape again. I'm a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer

Staff on bus very poor.Passenger was suppose to be dropped of at Springbok and was only dropped at.Garies.The lights inside the bus was not switch on at Springbok.They should have used their passenger list.This was 24:00 hrs at night.Passenger was asleep.To drop a lady atGaries 03:00 at night ais very very poor.Won,t use Intercape again
