Firstly the bus has no reclining handle for the seats on the aisle makes it very difficult and painful to travel for over 15 hours. Then we had to stop in Queenstown for about 2 &1/2 hours at 6:30 this made me arrive in Mthatha at 13:22 instead of the time stated on the ticket which is 10:45
