Terrible experience. I was traveling from Midrand for the first time, with my kids. I stood on the other side of the stop, not knowing the pickup zone. From 6am-ish I was there, and missed the 7am bus because of location. When I called Intercity to ask to catch the next bus with my tickets, they said they can't prove I was early. They left me stranded with two children in a place I didn't know.

The trip was scheduled for 11:50 from Midrand Engen Big bear to Harrismith (FS), I arrived at Big Bear at 11:50 and found 2 buses and asked if they were headed to Harrismith, and I was advised that that wasn't the case. The only Intercity bus that passed through Big bear did be so around 11:00am, which was almost an hour earlier to my scheduled departure.
I then tried to call the customer care, eventually WhatsApped. I was informed that the bus had already left and was in Park station. I then requested that the booking be moved to tomorrow morning, I'm yet to be replied to.
I feel hard done by the bus company.
