I was very unhappy with the change of Departure time, where it was scheduled for 14h00, it was shifted to 17h45. Very unconsiderate because of arrangements and appointments that was missed and communication from your side at short notices. If it was done a day before the time, different/alternative arrangements could have been done. Passengers are picked up without tickets. Regards
