bus was more than an hour late and my little sister and a 5 year old had to wait alone in a not so safe spot in Whittlesea. Bus delayed even further in Queenstown and passengers got rowdy from frustration. first driver tried to make up time but drove too fast. New driver from Bloem delayed and arrival time in Joburg was more than 2 hours later. couldn't sleep anxious about their safe arrival.

Stay away from eagle liner and intercity buses. Yes they are affordable but the service is extremely poor. Our bus was supposed to dispatch at 9pm but we waited until 11:25 only to be collected by intercity bus instead of eagle liner.

The bus didn't arrive, could not get hold of the consulting team. Bad service in general.

your bus was full of cockroaches and there was no order as people were refusing to move from empty sits. People were sleeping and using empty sits for stretching legs.
