i was suppose to get to rio at 5:30 to get a flight at 8:30 but the bus tyre blew as the driver was reckless and once sorted i didnt get to rio until 11:30, at the desk i asked for an accident report as other people were filling them in and the just kept giving me the same number, once i was able to speak with an advisor i was given a email address and this was 2 months ago and still no reply

Bus is too cold, everyone was covered wuth blankets , sleeping bags (we luckily had both) but still feeling cold. Think of your customers and also the environment.

Very unpunctual, unrealistic schedule, bus arrived more than 1 hour too late already at the beginning, in the end delay was between 2-3 hours on a 5 hour trip. Wouldn't go again with this company.
