The main complaint is that we arrived in Rio de Janeiro 2 hours later than scheduled. The driver drove in the city along the lane for city express buses to beat the traffic jam, but 200 meters before the bus station the police stopped him and forced him to go back, we lost an hour and a half of time on this, collected all the traffic jams, and arrived at the Novo Rio terminal much later than they could if the driver had not violated the rules. Also, the Wi-Fi on board did not work; it was impossible to connect to the Catarinense network.

Didn't feel safe
Always thought that something was about to happen. The crew couldn't make sure that nothing would be stolen and nothing would happen to our stuff
Not to mention we had to change buses due to a malfunction in the first bus something that made us feel even worse about theft.
In review we don't recommend going with this company.
