The trip took 4 hours longer than the schedule. No communication at any point as to why. It stopped at nearly every main town bus stop from Iguaçu to Florianopolis. The bed seats were good, the toilet average and dirty. Very disappointed. Choosing another company next time

Excellent trip. I got the ‘leito cama’ seat. Most comfortable way of travelling I’ve ever taken. No more internal flights around Brazil. I will definitely use Nordeste Transportes for all future long distance travel here.

There was one of four members staff who was being kind and helpful - the other three were so rude and grumpy. Being really difficult about luggage and unpleasant throughout the trip
They insisted bags went in the hold when I wanted it beneath my feet. When it came out the other end it stank, it's disgusting

It took 18 hours instead of the 15h 45mins. The bus was quite dirty, the seats and toilet. The seats did go back further than I expected which is a plus.
