The trip was supposed to be 20 hours from Asuncion to Florianopolis. An hour or two either side, perhaps even three, would be fine. But the bus was 8 HOURS late (meant to arrive at 8.20AM and arrived at 4.20PM). There was no wifi for the first half of the trip, and when wifi did eventually turn on it was incredibly unreliable, almost pointless. False advertising on both counts, incredibly disappointing!

It left on time and arrived on time, mas o menos. In South America this probably deserves five stars. The internet connection actually worked. In Paraguay! Top marks to NSA, definitely would go with them again. There was a requirement to print out the ticket, which I couldn't do. I was travelling, right? Don't have a printer in my backpack. Fortunately the staff were realistic and didn't enforce the ridiculous measure.
