Util is appreciated for its punctuality and clean buses, with no hassle regarding luggage. However, some users have noted that the armrests are not movable and there's no option to adjust the air conditioning at individual seats. Additionally, there were reports of dirty window areas and seats in certain instances.

Very comfortable bus for long trip with toilet and great aircon adjusted at right temperature. Driver very good and all ground and bus staff professional and super kind. Great value for money and would definitely recommend Útil for short or long journeys.

The bus broke down which I understand can't be helped but the driver didn't really communicate with us about what was going on and it made me feel very anxious, especially as I was concerned I was going to miss my flight.

The bus was over 20 minutes late, and the bus driver was very inefficient with loading luggage and boarding passengers. It took 40 minutes to process around 12 passengers .

+: no fuss about luggage, on time, clean bus -: armrests not movable, no possibility to turn off airco directed at the seat. Cushions and blanket would be nice.
