Util is appreciated for its punctuality and clean buses, with no hassle regarding luggage. However, some users have noted that the armrests are not movable and there's no option to adjust the air conditioning at individual seats. Additionally, there were reports of dirty window areas and seats in certain instances.

The bus was slightly late, but was very comfortable and the driver was very helpful when didn't know how things worked with getting tickets for our luggage and stopping for a break en route.

+: no fuss about luggage, on time, clean bus -: armrests not movable, no possibility to turn off airco directed at the seat. Cushions and blanket would be nice.
