There was a problem with the bus it kept on heating up so because of that we had to stop frequently and it made us late by an hour or two but besides that the service was nice

I had a very bad experience with intercape bus. The bus was very late and I didn't even get an apology or informed about that. The drivers were very rude, on our way to Oudtshoorn we asked them to switch of the aircon since it was very cold. They didn't not do that instead they shouted at us. The driver didn't allow us to buy some food on our refreshments break they complained about being late as if we are the one who made them late.. Am very disappointed on intercape shame
