The whole experience was bad I left Pta at 4:30 on the 06th of March 2025. I arrived at Butterworth th following day at 13:00 on the ticket I was told the bus will arrive at 09:30. The importance of time is not a priority.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy anything, the bus had an issue with wipers as they were not working therefore had to wait for 4 hours for the mechanic. The bus got stuck again so much that the bus departed at Pretoria station at 16:30 and was due to arrive in Butterworth at 09:30. The time now is 13:28 and still in Mthatha. This was a horrible experience and a nightmare to say the least.
