It wasn't a pleasant trip at all👎 they have zero luxury services, the departure time was supposed to be 1pm but we ended up leaving at past 3pm, got to Bosman where we were parked for a good 4hours no communication or apologies from the employees whatsoever while they were loading luggages & ended up putting most of them inside the bus in the walkway, we had a difficulty moving around the bus, they shouldn't claim to be luxury buses / coaches as they value loading luggages more than passengers like abomalayisha. We ended up getting off the bus and got on another bus from a different company at the border as we noticed that our journey was gonna be a long unpleasant one meaning we had to pay again. I wouldn't recommend this bus to anyone. 👎👎

The time scheduled was very much delayed due to insufficient paper work (permit) to cross the border which was tiresome

The conductors are very friendly. However the bus left me behind. It took off from Johannesburg 45 minutes before and on my ticket the departure time was 13h00.I suffered a lot so as to join my bus at the border. And then with my ticket I had to stand in the bus from the border to Mutare. It was a terrible experience
