The bus didn't have any air conditioning and it was not punctual!

Great overall service with the time management and service. The only problem is because I bought my ticket online I was treated like a sec class passenger being shifted between seats if those that bought tickets in person board the bus until I was by the toilet

Very dissatisfied. Poor service and disgusting way of communicating with customers. Had a breakdown at Louis Trichardt mountain at around 02:30 am on Saturday, only got assistance after 6hrs.
All in all the journey took me 42hrs to reach my destination. They need to revisit their way of doing business
