well to start off the bus left late after the staff chit chatted for half an hour, the driver was rude half of the time, the toilet smelled the whole bus full, eventually the bus stopped at destinations not even suppose to be stopped at, but the most interesting part is still yet to come, the bus was 2 and a half hours late for reaching the destination to margate , he didnt know where to turn off in portshepston, he drove a completly different road, he didnt know who is his passengers were or where they were going infact a guy that was suppose to get off in pietermaritzburg ended up getting off the bus in durban station. the trip was absolutely terrible and i will not be using one of their busses ever again.
