there were cockroaches at the window and because the person next to me had no idea what personal space is - there were times they climb ontop of me because i did have space to sit so i had to be against the window .

I was pleasantly surprised with intercape service, from online booking the trip to the end of my journey. I was reminded 24 hours before departure, and emailed, confirming my booking. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful. The driver were confident, and a excellent professional driver.

First off all we booked two tickets at the same time we had different seats far from each other. The buss didn't stop so no one could go to a toilet. My partner is 68 years old and she suffered the most. I won't make use of this service soon again

I asked the bus driver if the is was the correct bus and showed him my ticket and he informed me that I need to wait for the sleep liner. That was the correct bus and I was left there. Intercape called me and told me that the next bus would fetch me and would arrive at 2.45pm. It didn't stop to fetch me. I spent 4 hours at the Sasol garage in George and eventually my aunt took me back to her house. Unacceptable!
