In the almost 6hr journey from George to Cape Town there was only one 10min stop to use the restrooms in Mossel bay, forcing people to make use of the on-board toilet that was so disgusting that your shoes stuck to the floor from all the urine on it. Seats are so cramped that my husband was unable to fit his legs in behind the seat in front of him and had to sit sideways with his legs and feet in the isle with no help from on-board staff. Worst travel experience I've had in over 40 years

I was not happy because the bus l booked didn't come and l was taken by another bus. Which the bus didn't not come in time. The girl who works in Capetown Intercity Express office is very rude. Her service is poor better look for another person who is willing to pay attention to the customer. I ended up paying extra R 20 + R50 due to their negligence when booking a person. I was very disappointed. I have call recordings of her being rough and rude. I am going to post it on social media so that people will choose the right bus with good customer care and always be on time.

The bus was late by 2hours. And they didn't send any notifications about it. Instead I had to go through a very hard search for their whatsapp number so they can tell me where the bus is via booking number. Overall experience very bad. Almost got late for my flight because of delays in the bus.
