Firstly, they were about 2hrs late and there was no communication whether the bus is having issues pertaining to late arrival.
Secondly, I received a message that we'll traelling with a different bus(Mini mobile) and late another message that the bis will be Two's Tours but the Mini Mobile bus arrived which they were clueless about the organised bus.
Thirdly, on the way to Graaf reinet, I had to stop the driver to remind him that hes supposed to drop me at Graaf reinet and he said he was not aware so we had to make a u turn... i really an not satisfied witheir bus as a first timer.. no more
