Intercape Mainliner Durban Lenasia South recent customer reviews
The journey was ok, however, the delays i have been encountering in my 2 consecutive trips due to passengers who are drunk . such incidents makes us late as some of us are already going to work on the same day. perhaps if passengers will know about such laws prior booking the bus tickets.

Terrible service. Booked the INTERCAPE MAINLINER from 07:30am to 16:15pm and the bus broke down few hours after departure. Well over 12 hours we sat without any help. These vehicles operate on a daily route. The service and maintenance of these vehicles should be a priority since they carry lives daily. Terrible inconvenience.

The seats are comfortable and the bus was clean, for the first time I travelled from Durban to Johannesburg South for 15-16 hours. The bus had a punture at Montrose we stayed there from 2:30:am until 07:10. I really had a bad experience and it was my second time using it
