First of all the bus was untidy, the toilet inside was dirty and the door was not working properly. The drive it self was way too long, we left Cape Town at 19:00 arrived in EC just after 13:00 that was way too long more than 13 hours. I did not enjoy my journey home

They have stopped at 40 in the EC,waiting for another bus to exchange with for about 2hours and that was not communicated prior. It's Sad and I Will never use their services for traveling it was my first and my last time.

firstly, i booked a ticket for 6:30pm and the bus arrived at 11:00 mind you it was cold and raining while we waited at the bus station, the driver was rude and swearing at us the whole way there for reasons that we don't know.

When they took us from Cape Town Station, they lied and said they are taking us to another bus. I am very angry because if I wanted to travel with a taxi I was not going to book the bus

Horrible, I will never ever again use Mavumisa, we waited at Cape Town, small bus showed up to pick us up so that they can change at Laingsburg that time I don’t have a seat and we were 3 the bus was supposed to leave at 7..got to Laingsburg past 1, we left past 3, only getting to Nqamakwe past 4 whereas I was supposed to get at Nqamakwe at 8:30, very poor service. No apologies from the drivers instead they have ego as if we didn’t pay…
