I was not happy about the first driver who was playing music so loud and when we asked him to lower the volume he didn't care but he kept on playing the music.

We felt very unsafe, our phone was stolen in the station in Cape Town. It's not clear where to go in the station and its in disarray. Check in process is confusing. Chair in front of us and one of our chairs was broken and couldn't adjust in upright position. USBs didn't work. No entertainment on bus. Patrons were very noisy right through the night. Staff was helpful though. Would not recommend.
