Bus Tickets from Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport to Kingston

Our trip go home at Kingston at midnight 31 December, we have appreciated the Drive by his helpful to take us in a winter time.

I enjoyed the birding experience I feel the bus quality could use some work as the lights above us did not work and there was no heating just AC/ fan

The experience was terrible. The bus arrived an HOUR after it was supposed to. I received no emails or notifications that it was running behind. Delays are expected, but no communication is unacceptable.

The bus was super clean and I enjoyed the calm evening drive. It was a little tricky (and stressful) finding the bus stop at Scarborough Town Centre. It would have been helpful if the bus stop location was outlined more clearly on the ticket information.

I appreciate the service pickup at the airport. The bus driver was on edge, and drove with some rage . He reactivated aggressively to me when I went to open the luggage storage, trying to help because he did not open the correct one with my luggage. I did not always feel safe when he was driving.

Bus came 45 minutes late. The riding was not smooth at all and the chairs were not clean.

Your driver was super courteous and professional. Extremely interested in helping me with any questions I had. Very professional driver. Will certainly use your company again. Also let others know how satisfied I was.

I came 30 minutes early and there was no bus that said onex and no information. Eventually I got a call but the driver hung up on me. Customer service said it was my fault and was no help

Bathroom door was broken, ride was delayed by 1.5 hours (due to weather BUT weren’t given any updates by the driver until the 1.5 hour extension was already over basically

The trip promised an impossible arrive time of 8.15pm in Kingston (start at 6.15pm in Toronto). The bus was delayed and started moving at around 7pm in Toronto. Then, it arrived in Kingston at around 9.40pm. The false promise and 1.5hrs delay is disgusting.

I had to wait for 4 hours for the bus,it would have been wonderful if there were more busses at earlier times! The area we waited, just inside viscount station have no chairs,dingy lighting and as a 72 year old I felt quite nervous and unsafe. That was after 7 hours of travel. The bus was on time and comfortable!

I enjoyed the convenience of traveling from Toronto to Kingston to visit my family. I also enjoyed the professional driving skills of our driver. I didn't enjoy the older bus and the lack of comfort while riding in the seats.

Bus was hour and a half late. No communication from the company. I tried to call earlier in the day

The service was great. Unfortunately, the person sitting next to me was quite large and sat in a way that took up some of my leg space. It made the seat uncomfortable enough that I ended up giving up my window seat, which I had specifically chosen. I understand these situations can happen, but it did affect my experience.

It was good. It arrived a little bit early. But I was OK with that. The bus was clean. It had A/C and power outlets.

Not great. Bathroom wasn't working off the hop, then front tires were DOUBLE the air pressure they were suppose to be. Waited on the side of the highway for an hour, then at a gas station, then had to wait another hour for a replacement bus to come. Driver was nice though.

The ride itself was good, comfortable, liked that there were plugs available. What I was not happy with was that the bus was over 15 minutes late with no indication or notification sent that it was delayed, which I have received for other coach bus services. The bus tracking option was not available for my bus either, which was very inconvenient.

No toilet paper or hand sanitizer in bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. The bus was unmarked.

Late by an hour to wait for a change of bus driver, bus driver likes to play TikTok videos very loud when waiting, and the bus is not clean at all

The driver was a great driver, it was freezing rain conditions and he still got us to our destination on time and safe.

Bus left without me even though I was there on time, just around the corner from the pickup location. Unclear directions. Rep who called me appeared to have trouble communicating in English about the specific location. Told them I would be there in a few minutes as it was just around the corner. Should have called earlier or provided clear instructions as I was there 30 min ahead of time. Was also rude when telling me the bus already left and didn’t provide helpful solutions. Rude and dismissive will not take again.

Fine driver was great unfortunately it was a Friday night on a long weekend out of Toronto. Too much traffic too many accidents along the drive to Kingston.
