Bus Tickets from Toronto to Western University

Bus was on time which was great. However the bathroom was out of service due to no cleaning and it stunk so the driver kept the emerg exit roof window opened the entire 3 hours which froze many passengers. The plug ins for cell recharging did not work.

This was our first time using Flixbus, so we didn't know what to expect. The driver was friendly, helpful, and drove extremely safe.

Terrible, Our pickup time at Pearson was 4:50 pm but due to our plane being delayed we arrived at the pickup P4 fifteen minutes late and the bus had left .We tried to book a later bus but all were sold out! I then tried to contact FlixBus but could not find a phone number! Finally we had to book 2 VIA tickets $206 for the 8:30pm train arriving in London at 11:00pm. Definitely not impressed by your service.

The first portion with the driver that took us from downtown Toronto to the airport provided great and seamless service. We arrived at the airport and had to transfer to another bus that was not on time to pick us up. There was confusion about boarding and luggage and it was not indicated anywhere that there would be stops between Toronto and London. The driver on the second bus was very friendly and helpful when getting out with finding the luggage. Overall, everyone was kind but the logistics didn’t really make sense. We were delayed by about a half hour and it was not due to traffic.

Changed departure time 4 hrs earlier with very little notice. Door of bus blew open on the highway and couldn’t get it back shut

Convenient and economical. This is the 1st time I've used them and plan to start using them in the future.

Firstly I got an email saying the bus would be 35-45 minutes late but in reality it was about 2 hours late causing me to wait outside in the freezing cold for one and a half hours. Additionally the ticket said there would be both a toilet and WiFi on board but neither were true.

Bus was late due to weather. Thats fine, but 2 plus hours late. My daughter was standing in the cold for 45 mins waiting for the bus when she was told it was going to be there in 15 mins by the employee on the phone. I had purchased two tickets just in case of delays. Good thing I did as the plane was 3 hours late and she missed the first bus. Worst experience for a young adult traveling alone. I won't be using this bus service again.

terrible driver. no heat on bus. asked bus drive twice to put heat on to no avail. filthy bus

Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and the door on the washroom was broken and didn't close.

The ride was smooth when we finally took off. Waited in line for 45 minutes to board which made us get to our destination late.

Slowww driver. Insanely late. Bus was an hour late and got to London at 11:30. Bus driver was soo slow as well omg just torture

the bus had a fire alert despite there not being an actual problem, and the bus was forced to go out of service. we were stuck in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours. no fault of the drivers, they were very kind and sympathetic, but it was still very physically taxing to have my journey extended by three extra hours.

Seats and bathroom were very clean and the bus left on time! Great service overall!

Our bus broke down in the middle of our trip. Had to wait for 2 hours before another bus came to convey us to our destination. Not a pleasant experience for a first timer

The Driver was excellent he kept us safe from an irratic drive and a detour around an accident site. great driver

It was a lovely ride, the heat was cranked up too high though. Bus was late due to weather conditions, but that was understandable

Nice comfortable shuttle bus operated by Velocity. The driver, Balraj, was exceptional. He was so quick to jump out and open the door at stops that I couldn't beat him to the handle. Very careful when loading the luggage in and out of the back and even lifted the suitcases up to the curb for everyone. He was very respectful of all passengers regardless of age. Definitely would like to ride with him again.

Kudos to our bus driver this morning for calling the attention of one passenger using her phone on loud speaker. The bus and the toilet was clean. I just hope that they could improve on the wifi connection though.

It was my first time using New York Trailways. I was going from Toronto to London Ontario. And this was the best trip. The seats are very comfortable. And I had a space for my legs to feel free. There was a working restroom, which is a big plus. I can't say anything about Wi-Fi, because I didn't use it. I was listening to music. And I want to add that the driver was also excellent. He helped me with my luggage. His attitude was positive. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for such a good trip

The bus was clean. The driver was courteous and professional. We reached on time.

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies ( the driver and the assistant) were very nice.

The bus cancelled on us and never notified us so we waited in the cold for an hour on Christmas Day missing Christmas dinner with our family

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.
