The experience was pleasant. The drivers where very professional. However, the lady at one of the transit stations was so rude. She spoke to people as if they’re in the plantation ❤️.

New York Trailways Toronto New York City recent customer reviews
Horrible. We were supposed to stop in Buffalo for 5 minutes and change bus drivers at 11pm. The driver didn't show up for over an hour. There was nobody from New York Trailways that could be reached through the app or by phone call who could actually do something about it as office didn't open again until 9am. We just had to wait for an indefinite amount of time. We finally left over 1.5 hour later than initially scheduled.

Very poor. When we booked the advertising suggested a modern, comfortable bus with allocated seats. Not so. Furthermore we were told we could only use the toilet for ‘number 1’s’ (the driver’s words’. We were running late due to delays at the US border and as a result the next stop was limited to 10 minutes, which meant the driver had only a 10 minute break. He appeared to spend much of the trip talking in his phone and rarely had 2 hands on the steering wheel. Very disconcerting.

FlixBus system somehow showed that my ticket was “refunded” after the bus driver scanned it and let us in the bus from Toronto to Niagra Falls. He was telling us to get off the bus and FlixBus even told him to call the police if we didn’t get off.
