I was not pleased at all the bus left us at Pretoria station even though we were there when it left we arrived at 7:15, we could literally see the bus leaving in front of our eyes, the only help we got from the remaining staff was to pay Gautrain to get it at JHB park Station, which cost us unbudgeted R298, then at stops the drivers did not even inform the commuters about how long the bus will stop we just had to ask regular commuters, when we got to Kimberley it was 37 degrees Celsius, and we were left in a bus without air conditioning. The bus to PTA WAS PERFECT THOUGH, I am even considering to go to social media and really expose how bad it was in bus 920 from PTA to BFN
