The air conditioning in the bus was not working. The bus obviously didn’t have windows so it was too hot in the bus and we were travelling long distance. Not only did our bus not have air conditioning but it arrived an hour later. No communication was given in this regard. I ended up arriving at my destination 2 hours later.
