Bus Tickets from Portland, OR to Seattle

Good driver. Bus stop near Portland train station could have been more clearly marked

Confusing, at best. Couldn’t find luggage as if it had been shuffled. During our bathroom break the bus nearly pulled away because I was last in line to go:

The ride was fine but the cabin was way too warm. There was very little air flow and no independent air blowers above the seats worked.

My first experience with the Bolt Bus...plan to use it in the future and to recommend it to friends and family.

At the station in Portland the bus I was informed that the bus was going to be 2 hours late. This would mean I would miss my train in Seattle. I had to book a later bus for my ongoing journey and cancel the train reservation. The bus then appeared on time, had I known this it would have saved a lot of trouble. Very unsatisfactory!

My bus was two hours late, which was extremely inconvenient. The entire bus also stank of urine for the entire duration of the trip (3.5 hours)

I enjoyed the sceneries along the way. My impression of the train is old system. Unlikely of Tokyo. Perhaps upgrade is better.

I don't use short distance train travel much so in my general review everything was fine. Open seating I do like. Boarding was not hard for my needs. Onboard was smooth too.

They cancelled the train so we got put onto a bus that was very uncomfortable. There wasn't enough space for my backpack above so I ended up holding it in my lap which killed my legs. It also took about 30-40 minutes longer.
