Awful service, would recommend avoiding at all costs. We were due to leave Portland at 11.10pm. We boarded the bus at 10.30pm and were left without a driver until 7am the next day. The worst part was that we had absolutely zero communications from Greyhound advising us of the situation, so we were left waiting on a bus the whole night before we even set off. We didn’t arrive into Sacramento until 10pm when our scheduled arrival was due in at 1pm. Horrendous experience from start to finish.
