First of, the lady that at reception who eventually assisted with billing was very rude! Just because we look like her doesn't mean her assumption we should speak Zulu should always be right or it's then left to her to give us horrible service. The lady that we eventually tried to speak to as the manager was equally rude. Bonisiwe Zungu she said her name was. Along the journey, my 72 year old mother was removed from her seat on the bus under very unclear sinister reasons. Would like for this to be investigated as when she boarded the bus she asked the guys to show her to her correct seat number???
