The bus experience was fine. Staff were professional, bus was clean and comfortable. The glitch was that our 9:15 bus seemingly did not show up. The driver of an earlier bus wouldn't let us on because we did not have a bus number written on our ticket. No one told us. We don't speak Spanish and no one seemed to really want to help us in the Mazatlan terminal. Very indifferent. Finally it got sorted, we left 2 hours late but at the end of it all it really didn't matter. We arrived safe in Mochis.
