The bus company provides comfortable seats and safe driving, with friendly staff accommodating passengers. However, some reviews mention issues such as dirty buses, late departures, and lack of amenities like working media screens or toilet paper. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience seems satisfactory for most travelers.

Very happy to have used Elite, everything perfect - leg room, comfort of seats, number of stops, the only negative is needing a paper printed copy of the ticket. As a traveller it is not easy to get things printed and we rely on being able to use our emails on phones as proof of purchase.

Seats are as expected. But if you’re going to call yourself Elite, have toilets that flush. The bus smelled like stale pee. Not fun on a 5 1/2 hour ride.
