Tufesa has received mixed feedback from its users. Some passengers appreciated the friendly and calm demeanor of the driver, contributing to a pleasant journey experience. However, there were concerns about disorganized seating arrangements and issues with ticketing locations no longer being in service, which caused inconvenience for some travelers.

I really enjoyed the comfortable seats they had. I was able to watch at least three movies on my trip because they had movies playing. The only part I didn't like is that the restroom was missing toilet paper but honestly I'm grateful I didn't need to use the restroom. The service is nice and they drive pretty safe.
