ETN receives high praise for its comfortable and luxurious seating, professional drivers, and overall pleasant travel experience. Many users appreciate the timely service despite occasional delays due to traffic or other factors. The clean stations and helpful staff also contribute positively to the journey with ETN.

Appreciated the cleanliness of the buses (recent round trip Guadalajara and Guanajuato), seats, bathrooms, and waiting areas inside the bus stations were all very clean. Both departures were on time and the 15 minute delay on arrival back into Guadalajara wasn’t a problem for me, but could be an issue for others. There was no indication on my tickets that the buses would be stopping in Leon & I would have appreciated knowing that. Based on my tickets it looked like they were direct routes with no stops.
