Ado bus (16.15 the sunday 2 november)live Oaxaca 1 hour later and the bus comes at puerto Escondido at 21.00 ( it must be there at 19.30) so i can't take my cooespondance previus to 19.45 for san cristobal de casas ! No bus before 2 days and at 21.30 i had to pay 1/ a new ticket of bud the 4/11/2025 2/ take a taxi to go, at 22.00 to an hotel in pierto

When i later tried to pass onto the bus the people behind the desk said there was no 4.15 bus even though the app said there was and that i couldnt get the bus till the next day. I am very disappointed and would like a refund as the reason I was delayed a transfer to puerto escondido was completely out of my power
