ADO receives praise for its clean buses, spacious seats, and friendly staff. However, several users have noted that the air conditioning is excessively cold and the noise from onboard televisions can be disruptive. Additionally, some passengers experienced delays in departure times and found a lack of clear signage at terminals to be confusing.

CAPU signage confusing for ADO departure area. We were in the arrivals area and almost missed the bus after someone told us to go to the other end of the building.

Good chairs, lot of space. Ado terminal has a correct service. In the bus no one was interested in a movie, the screens were blank. But the sound of the movie was on during the whole trip! Terrible. And we think that a chauffeur driving 8 hours non stop with a 10 minuten pause is irresponsible.
