Everything was fine except that the bus driver played loud music all night long. I politely asked him to turn the volume down and he refused to turn it down and actually made it louder.

The driver decided to play loud music the entire night while the passengers tried to sleep. And when he was asked to turn down the music at 3:30am, he flatly refused to turn it down. I don't know if all the buses are like this but our bus experience sucked

Primeiro condutor foi muito profissional, pois manteve uma boa condução e silêncio no autocarro noturno. O segundo condutor, assim que entrou ao serviço colocou a música demasiado alta, onde acordou a maior parte dos viajantes. Não consigo dizer hora exata mas era de madrugada. Tivemos de pedir para baixar o volume 3x, ao qual deveria ter desligado a música pois trata-se de uma viagem noturna onde compramos de propositadamente para descanso e não propriamente para estar numa disco!
