OCC is appreciated for its reliable service and smooth rides, with positive feedback on the organization at stations like San Cristobal. However, some users noted that seats can be uncomfortable or lack reclining features, and there are limited charging options available. Additionally, lunch stops were brief with few choices offered.

We took the bus from Huatulco to Puerto Escondido and had a very positive experience. The staff at the bus station were friendly and helpful. The journey was pleasant, and the bus was very comfortable, with clean restrooms and charging ports for phones. There was air conditioning on board, and it was a good idea to have warm or long clothes.

Just stick to driving. Point A to point B. They kicked us off the bus half way through the trip while everyone was sleeping to ‘disinfect’ the bus. They used the dirtiest ‘mop’ I’ve ever seen in my life and spray some chemicals into the bus. When everyone got back on we breath in ‘what ever the chemical was’. Other then that the bus was on time a did what it was meant to do. They definitely don’t need to ‘clean’ the bus half way through the trip. Seems insane to me.

The driver decided to play loud music the entire night while the passengers tried to sleep. And when he was asked to turn down the music at 3:30am, he flatly refused to turn it down. I don't know if all the buses are like this but our bus experience sucked
