We arrived in plenty of time for our 10.45 bus but there was no 10.45 bus it was 11.45. Not sure if this was to do with the clocks changing by an hour as there was no indication that the 10.45 had been cancelled it just seems that there was no bus scheduled for that time, as we don’t speak Spanish we couldn’t get to the bottom of it.

The bus facilities were very good: comfortable seats, clean toilets, enough leg room, enough storage room, clean windows to enjoy the views. The bus driver was a good driver, the journey went smooth. For the price and for a 5 hours journey I think that snacks should be included.

Overall very comfortable with expected amenities, but Wi-Fi worked only inconsistently and there was no snack/coffee bar as advertised. Driver got confused somehow and drove us an hour out of our way towards Veracruz.
