ADO GL receives praise for its comfortable seating and punctuality, with friendly staff enhancing the travel experience. However, some users noted issues such as lack of promised WiFi and broken seats. Additionally, concerns about temperature control were mentioned by several passengers who found it too cold during their journey.

Excellent service from Puerto Escondido to Oaxaca. The bus station was easy to find and the inside clearly marked with a digital departure board. There were 2 small concession stands to buy snacks. The bus was clean and modern with well organised boarding and security check. Seating was comfortable for this 3 hour journey and water and headphones for the entertainment. Internet was spotty but simply because coverage even on your phone is sometimes poor in less populated areas. Our journey was delayed by about 15 minutes due to the ongoing works but otherwise everything was as expected. Arrival in Oaxaca was good with rapid luggage unloading.

It was really really cold , I check the ac at the way out and it was 21 degrees... we were freezing inside the bus for 3 hours

The bus was comfortable and modern but the departure was late. We arrived to be told “the bus is delayed” with no indication of how long. We ended up waiting almost an hour with no explanation or apology
