Bus Tickets from Kingston to Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport

One hour delay to depart. Lack of communication regarding the time and the bus. A double decker bus that didn’t have any space for my backpack. Uncomfortable seats

bus was delayed due to a flat tire. more routine maintenance on busses seems necessary as this is not the first time this has happened very recently. not very dependable if trying to travel on a schedule

The bus was too full, with people not being able to even partially extend their legs. It smelled very poorly and the door to the washroom couldn’t close. The driver was rude.

I was very impressed with your service. The bus was on time and the driver was excellent. The only thing I would say that perhaps the driver could help the passengers to load and unload their luggage (especially the seniors).

Good experience as far as the drive went. Booked it for my husband to meet family in Toronto. Bus driver was unhelpful when loading, my husband had a heart condition and he didn’t offer to help with luggage. Young women were pushing luggage back and rearranging luggage to fit more in as he stood there and watched.

The bus ride was smooth and nice. There was a bathroom at the back of the bus, as well as outlets at every seat. However the bus came 50 minutes later than it was expected, which resulted in reaching close to 2 hours later than listed. 5:30-8:15 bus ride from Queensu to Pearson was actually 6:20-10pm

Bus arrived an hour late, and departed over an hour late, took much longer than expected as well, I missed my flight

The van came 1 hour and 30 minutes late with no prior notification. When I asked other passengers who were waiting there, some of them got the late email and some didn't. We had to sit in the cold for that much time. The van itself was fine.

Disliked that the trip was 2 hours late. Besides that the driver was very friendly and nice.

I took the bus on the night of an ice storm, but and despite the conditions, the bus arrived at my destination on time. The driver was in a great mood and friendly; It was a middle of the night bus, and the bus was very dark and warm which made it perfect to get rest. I would definitely use this company again.

Bus was late and I got no compensation. It was almost 2 hours late and I missed my connection in Toronto

Driver was very pleasant. Drive was very comfortable. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper. Sadly, I discovered as I was taking my bag out of the overhead compartment, that there was an extra roll of tp there. There either needs to be a full roll at the beginning of a trip, or two rolls always available IN the bathroom. This is an important part of the comfort of the trip. The seats have NO lumbar support, so not very comfortable.

I like the communication letting me know if there are any changes in the schedule and route, the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the attentiveness of the two—or three-member crew. Also, being able to choose where to sit comfortably, like in an airplane-style chair (pull-out tables are included for each chair), is a bonus.

Bus driver was quite rude. There was garbage in my seat and no drinks or snacks available.

My experience with Book A Ride was horrible. The bus delayed 3 hours, literally, 3 hours and I have screenshots that prove this. I was supposed to arrive at my destination at 10PM and I got there 1:30AM.

Bus was almost 30 minutes late and smelled very strongly of the bathroom in the back

Hour late. Bus broke down on the highway twice. Driver was on the phone yelling the entire time. Driver had to stop and get gas.

The train was very clean, the attendants were exceptionally nice. The transfer from Union Station to Pearson Airport was a breeze. We had a great experience.

The trip was comfortable The workers were amazing We needed the wheel chair lift. They treated us respectfully

Train was 4 hours late There was no food compensation given The condition of the train was dirty and is in need of upgrading the seats and center seat dividers. The via rail staff at Kingston was friendly and kept us informed of situation.

The bus driver was very friendly and polite. The bus was small and one of the front windows had a bit of a leak (was raining), however it was clean, ticket was very affordable and seats were really comfortable. No drinks or snacks on the bus however the driver was kind enough to let me leave my snack & reusable water bottle in my carry on. Was offered a bathroom/stretch break which was nice. The only issue I had was the person in the seat in front of me reclined so far back and the top of his seat was very close to me- maplebus should consider limiting how far back the seats can recline. Overall I would recommend this bus to others and use it again!

I paid expecting a coach bus, like how it’s always been. I wasn’t expecting a shuttle bus. The drive was extremely shaky and uncomfortable

The driver was late and the bus that arrived was a small ghetto white van. That is not acceptable.
