Ride went relatively quickly but the onboard restroom was so smelly that I moved up front. Thankfully, there was an available seat.

The bus was 1 hour and a half late to airport! I was picked up in Windsor at 1245 and brought to airport at 742! My flight was at 825.. I made the ticket agent for boarding pass with 1 exact minute to spare!! With running full speed through terminal 1 to get to terminal 3 then through security then to the gate!
Never again will i take Flixbus that was supposed to take 5hrs 30mins giving me 2 hrs before my flight!!! Washroom toilet on bus broken, no sanitizer! Bad experience period!!! First n last trip!

Terrible. The bus did not arrive. I took the train instead.
Passengers generally appreciate the clean buses and bathrooms, along with friendly drivers. Many found the rides smooth and punctual, making it a recommended choice for travel. However, some concerns were noted about late arrivals due to weather conditions or driver training sessions. Additionally, there was an isolated mention of a driver's alertness affecting comfort levels during one trip.

No wifi was on the bus, my mom booked my ticket with this company because there would be wifi on the bus and I would have a way to communicate with her, there was no email sent out stating that the bus was changed and the one that came for me would be one without wifi, also, to reach my destination took an extra hour, which made me have to reschedule a very important specialist appointment I had in Toronto

Drivers were nice, bus and bathroom was very clean, lots of space. We arrived 30 mins later than scheduled but it was a new driver training and the weather was very heavy rain all night. Good company, we will use it again!
