My only complaint about the bus was no WIFI. The bus was running late, but I think something must have happened to the original bus. I understand and accept that. It was only a half hour. The bus that picked us up was not the signature "red" coach. When we stopped in Orlando Red Coach terminal Friday night, I asked the front desk about it. The lady assured me it did and to try again. When I checked, I picked up 2 wifi signals from the 2 other buses, but not mine. The "I don't care" attitude is what annoyed me. I would have accepted the truth or something other then, "check again."
Other then the WIFI and the attitude I had to deal with, everything was very good. Bus driver was nice, bus was very clean and comfortable, and the people on the bus were nice.
