It wasn’t a direct trip like it said when I purchased the ticket. They should be honest and say how many stops it’s going to make. The seat numbers were not being respected; people sat wherever they pleased. Someone was sleeping in my seat. One of the drivers obviously wasn’t having a good day by the way he addressed the passengers explaining everyone had to get off the bus during the 20 minute break.

The bus was late, the staff did not inform us of anything. The bus driver from Orlando was texting while driving and did not speak English at all .
