The big seats that go back are amazing! It was really really cold on the bus despite my sweatshirt and blanket. Also there was no seatbelt in the seat and I had to switch seats as I won’t travel without a seatbelt. Please make sure all seats have them.

Other than the bus being late I think red coaches has great staff and they do the best they can because of the traffic in the weather I think that's what held up this was the first time I went by Red Coach I was completely satisfied

My bus broke down in Ocala, then took two hours to send a replacement bus which also broke down before reaching us. I called customer service and they told me my trip had been cancelled and I need to find a way to get to Tallahassee by myself. Absolutely horrible corporate service and do not recommend to anyone seeing this was my first time on Greyhound.
