The information for the bus stop was extremely vague. There was a lot of construction which confused things too, but the construction has been going on for weeks so there should’ve been more information provided on which stop to go to. I couldn’t find the stop and completely missed the bus and wasted over $100, and then had to pay extra to get to where I was going

We were unable to find the bus stop. We had to find our own way by subway and bus to the ferry. Once at the ferry we found the bus driver and he was helpful and took us to Victoria. Is it possible to get a partial refund as we joined the bus at the ferry? You need better directions to the bus stop. There was so much construction that we could not see the bus stop.

I couldn't find the bus station, no signs, when I asked locals, they didn't know either so I missed my bus, didn't get to the ferry and didn't arrive to Victoria in the right time 😔
