The driver could not communicate in English. It was difficult to know what he was trying to say. We ended up moving busses as we thought we needed to be on a different one, but it then seemed that both went to the same place. All this with someone on crutches.

Had to crawl under the bus to put the cases where he asked, being told mind my head. Got on the bus, which was full! Then had to crawl under the bus to retrieve them and take them to a second bus. He didn't even bother to bring the second case to the bus parked behind, just stood there watching.
