APMWC Tsolo Johannesburg recent customer reviews
I recently experienced some issues with an online booking. The initial amount quoted for two people was R760, but when I proceeded to payment, I was unexpectedly required to pay R820 with no option to pay the amount.
Additionally, the driver requested payment for luggage, which was not budgeted for.
Another concern was that the bus did not stop at the usual rest stops, making it challenging for passengers.( To pee)
However, I did appreciate the comfortable seating and the driver's effective management of the bus's temperature, maintaining a warm and cozy environment throughout the journey.

There was nothing to enjoy at all. First of all, the bus was super later by 3 hours and it doesn't have heater so we were freezing the whole 12+hours and lastly the drivers are so rude to the passengers, it's like they don't care at all. I did not like anything about this journey and i certainly wouldn't recommend APMWC Bus to anyone, the service is terrible poor and by far the worst Bus I've ever used to travel such a long distance.
Users generally appreciated the journey, describing it as marvelous and awesome with safe travels. However, some common concerns were noted regarding narrow seats that may not accommodate adults comfortably, insufficient toilet stops leading to discomfort for passengers seated near the restroom, and a lack of communication during the trip.
The bus was scheduled to arrive at 5:55 but it arrived at 08H30. As a result i got into trouble at work. Because I chose an earlier bus because I knew I was working

Bus was late, with no communication. Drivers refused me to seat on the front chairs so that they can put their bags. They can do better with their attittude. Seatbelts not in working condition.
According to customer reviews, the bus seats are comfortable. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of response from Eagleliner office when trying to change their booking or contact them for assistance.
I did not enjoy service and it was my first time using Eagle liner and I thought it will be nice but the bus that I was in was like bus for a school tour it was not comfortable at all 😭😭😭😢

Terrible experience. Bus didn’t arrive on the scheduled time. Bus was outsourced from Gauteng coaches, which are normally used for local trips in Gauteng. Terrible experience in general, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It was okay until Heidelberg where we were taken to another bus. 20 passengers had to stand the last 70 km of the trip
Users have shared mixed experiences with the bus service. Many appreciated the driver's skillful driving and found the buses to be warm and comfortable. However, there were concerns about maintenance issues such as unpleasant toilet conditions, non-functional phone chargers, lack of refreshment stops, delays without updates on arrival times, and difficulties reaching customer support.
Arrived late at my original bus stop. No update about the delay or expected time of arrival.

First the bus was late even though it was about 30 minutes late. So I presented the ticket to the driver, I chose a seat and he said I should not seat on the seat I chose, it's only reserved for them drivers. I had to settle for another seat, fine along the route when we were in Mzimkhulu two laies boarded the bus and the driver was the first to offer them the seat I wanted to seat on. Besides that the trip was very good.
