Bus Tickets from Toronto to Terminus Cartier

Delayed by an hour and a half. Rushed to only take less than 10 minutes break in Kingston when it turned out we had longer. The only positive was the wonderful man (I believe his name was Sean/ Shaun) who was keeping us updated in Toronto. He had a wonderful energy & was helpful to so many people.

There has to be an option to get or buy assigned seats in advance for passengers. My wife and I boarded at Scarborough (toward Montreal) and could not sit together, while many solo passengers were spread in different rows. It is 2026 and making this kind of arrangement should be pretty easy.

Yesterday I experienced a very frustrating and unsafe situation while traveling with your service. The bus broke down one hour into the journey, in the middle of winter. We had to wait another hour and half for a replacement bus to arrive. Due to this delay, I arrived in Montreal too late, after the Subway had already closed, forcing me to take an unplanned taxi at a cost of $50. This additional expense was a direct result of the delay. There was little communication, no clear updates and driving very fast in order to make time. Delays can happen, but how situations are handled especially in winter makes a big difference.
