The wheel of the bus blew up and the bus driver gave us no updates about it. We were waiting for two hours and she said nothing, only let us out of the bus for 15 minutes. She helped no one with their bags, and the station i was left at was truly in the middle of nowhere at a truck stop, she left us on the grass and not even at the actual store.

The bus never made it to the airport and when I called they said they over booked the bus
Users have noted that the service is accessible and convenient, particularly from the airport. However, some challenges were mentioned regarding infrequent services to Sudbury and a cold environment at certain stations during winter. Additionally, there were reports of an unpleasant smell on buses and non-functional switches.

As someone who doesn't live in the GTA area, I didn't know Metrolinx was the GO bus, it took me a long time to realize that, and I am thankful staff at the airport were able to go direct me to my correct platform
