Terrible, delayed service, unprofessional driver from Second leg starting from the US border who was throwing the suitcases inside and after an hour travel reported sick as passengers asked about his unruly behaviour and we had to wait for an hour plus for a replacement driver and got delayed by 2 hours. Was supposed to reach by 7.40 and reached close to 9 pm with a broken wheels in the suitcase due to mishandling by the driver in the us border. Hope i get a replacement of suitcase.
